1) Circular movements of the eyes:
This work out is a combination of the preceding four sets of work out. Keeping the head steady, move the eyes in circles with the help of the directory finger. Looking incessantly at the tip of the index handle, move the hand in circles approximately the face. Total three clockwise circles. Then total three anticlockwise circles. In alike fashion complete three-three more circles also way.
Note:
For the first two days boundary the figure of repetitions to twelve. Increase the figure of the repetitions to sixteen for the after that two days. Then carry on with twenty repetitions (not more). After implementation all the five sets of movements, perform a hundred-count palming.
(2) Neck Movements:
(A) Bending the head onward and backward: At first bend the head onward. Press the chin to the gullet. Look at the primary key of the shirt for three counts. Then turn the head backwards as much as likely and look at the back for three counts. Repeat this work out twelve times, 6-6 times each side. Take relax for twenty counts and do the following exercises.
(a) Right and left turning of the head:
Turn the skull to the right as much as likely. Look backwards as far as likely. Stay for three counts. Then quietly turn the skull to the left. Look backwards as far as likely. Stay for three counts. Repeat this work out twelve times, 6-6 times each side. Rest for twenty counts and then start on the following third work out.
b) Bending the head to the correct and left shoulders:
Bend the skull towards the right bear. Look at the ceiling on top of for three counts. Then shift the view downwards towards the floor near the foot and add up up to three. Then curve the head towards the left bear and look at the ceiling on top of for three counts. Repeat this work out twelve times. Then take relax for twenty counts and begin the next work out.
c) Rotating the head:
This work out is a combination of the three movements described above. In this work out, the skull is to be moved in circles. Start with the skull bent fully forward. Keeping it bent forward, twist it so as to reach the correct shoulder. From there, get the head fully backward and move it in a curve to reach the left shoulder. From there, bend it onward again, to reach the preliminary position.
Total three such anticlockwise circles. Then move the skull in three clockwise circles in similar style. Thus altogether move the skull in twelve circles. During this work out keep on shifting the view so as to look in the way of the head.
After implementation these exercises perform a hundred add up palming.
Note: do these exercises sixteen times after two days. Increase the repetitions to twenty (not more) following next two days.
(3) Alternately looking at close to and distant objects:
Hold your finger concerning and inch absent from your nose tip. Look at the fingertip and count three. Shift the gaze to a prearranged very distant object. Looking at that thing, add up three again. Repeat the procedure thirty times. Every fourth day, add to the number of repetitions by ten to arrive at a utmost number of sixty. Follow up by means of a hundred-count palming.
