Dandruff is a mysterious illness and a mild irritation of the scalp. It is a kind of an itchy and persistent skin chaos of the scalp associated with incompetent hair care. In dandruff the scalp sheds dead epidermal (skin) cells which are some sort of talented to be seen dust-like stuff or flake that falls from scalp to shoulder. Dandruff can happen at any age but is most frequently found in populace between the ages of 12 and 80 and causes itching or kindheartedness of the scalp. Dandruff is made up of bits of dead skin that the scalp shed due to belongings of metabolism.

Symptoms of Dandruff

Flaking

Dandruff is a widespread skin condition in which the scalp sheds excessive amount of dead skin(epidermis) from the scalp. Dead epidermal (skin) cells which are some kind of visible dust-like things or flakes are to shed (flake) from scalp to shoulders. This is the most embarrassing and the largest part obvious sign.

Flaking causes the departed skin to fall onto the shoulders and neck in excessive amounts. The scalp shed dead cells which are invisible to human eye, but when the shedding is very often , then the cells are shed in much better amounts and be converted into visible and become noticeable.

Itching

Itching may be due to unnecessary shedding of dead cells (epidermis) from the scalp or as a result of tenderness of your scalp. This is caused by the fungus that in point of fact causes dandruff by exasperating the scalp

Redness

Redness is cause due to inflammation of the scalp and is not only originate on the scalp, but other areas of the body like around the eyebrows, cheeks, behind the ears etc.

Causes of Dandruff

1. The main cause of dandruff is the attendance of flaky skin region present in and around the scalp area. The scales can vary in size from small dust-like cause of dandruff particle to large, greasy, yellow flakes.

2. The is white-oily looking flakes that flake off as of the scalp

Home Remedies for Dandruff

1. Your diet must consists of fruits, raw salads (cabbage, tomato, cucumber, radish, carrot etc.), minerals, vitamins ( especially vitamin A), green flourishing vegetables, and raw foods

2. Also include the fibre from new fruits and vegetables in your new diet .Drink atleast 8-10 spectacles of water daily with water as it helps to clear toxins and improve the health of the skin cell.

3. Avoid maximum of fried foods and aerated drinks, fats, sugars, salts, chocolates, sea food peanuts and last of all dairy products.

4. Try to have at least one egg daily. Also include whole morsel cereals like wheat flour, millets and legumes in your diet as these are high in proteins and micronutrients. Yogurt is a wonder foodstuff for your hair.
