2 cups full cream milk
½ tsp gelatine
1-2 tsp water
4 tbsp sugar, or to taste
25-30 almonds (grated)
A few drops of almond essence
Thicken milk on slow fire and reduce to half. Make custard of the egg yolka and milk on slow fire and switch off the gas
Dissolve gelatine in hot water.
Beat whites of eggs till fluffy.
Add sugar and almonds and mix it in the custard sauce. Add almond essence.
Pour into a bowl, slightly lined with a little butter. Freeze the pudding.
Before serving, decorate it with fruits of your choice. To give it an attractive look place almond slivers and a cherry on top.
