Preparation time: 20-30 Minutes
Cooking time: 5-8 minutes
2 cups milk at room temperature
14 tsp sugar
1 cup cream
1 tbsp vanilla essence, or more to taste.
Whisk the egg whites with sugar and milk.
Empty the whisked mixture in a pan and cook it in a double boiler over boiling water. Stir it till it becomes thick custard.
Cool and freeze. When half set, take out and whip again with an egg beater.
Set it for the second time, take out and whip again till soft and frothy.
Garnish it with cherries or any other fruit.
Add yellow food colour ,
This needs gentle handling from freezing to removing it out of the vessel.
