Yoga is a very old approach, practiced for 1000s of years, steeped in tradition and, to most of the people, a strange enigma. When people would speak of the lots of benefits of yoga they had experienced in both mental and bodily health, yoga would seem to be both a just right practice and one whose claims were impossible to trust.
