Main Steps |
Sit with legs straight.
Bend left knee parallel to the floor and touch heel to right groin. Take right leg back and trench it straight with toes pointing backwards. Put hands on waist and throw the head back. Place hands on floor bend the right knee and bring foot close to the head. Exhale and take both arms on at a time over the head to hold the right foot. Maintain the pose and breather normally. Exhale and return to original position by retracing the step in the reverse order. Repeat on opposite side. |
