Do Trikonasana
Bend left knee, drag right foot forwards and put left hand on the floor, one foot away and slightly your side or in line with the trunk line. Exhale and straighten left leg and raise right leg simultaneously to bring it in line to bring it in line with the trunk with the palms of both hands and the toes of right foot pointing forwards. Turn head upwards and gaze at right thumb balancing the body on the leg hand and leg. Maintains the pose and breathe normally. Exhale and return to the original pose by retracing the steps in the reverse order. Repeat the pose on the opposite side. |
