Bend right knee vertically and place right hell close to right thigh. Take right arm over the right knee to hold the left toes and twist towards the left. Take left hand behind the back, and revolve the right hand around the right shin, to hold left hand behind the back. Bring trunk in line with the left thigh and bend forwards to touch chin to left thing or shin. Maintain the pose and breathe normally. Inhale and return to original position by retracing the steps in there verse order. Repeat pose on opposite side.
